| Job Purpose | |
| To impart training to Front Line Sales Force in order to upgrade their job knowledge through the induction and develop their skills through interventions periodically in the areas of recruitment and selling skills workshops. | |
| Key Challenges for the role- | |
| - Deliver the required number of stipulated maydays to ensure better Training Coverage | |
| - Implementation and coverage of training architecture to ensure desired learning | |
| - Support sales team in building engagement & mind share with distributors | |
| - Product launches | |
| - Self development | |
| - Skill enhancement | |

| 1. Continuous interaction with the channel partners | |
| Sales Training | 2. Mapping all the key decision makers and ensuring that the same information is shared with the superior |
| 3. Aggressively downloading all the RnR activities running by the organisation. | |
| 4. Support FLS Manpower to achieve Business Targets | |
| 1. 1. Communicate any process change or change in any rules and regulations by the help of different training module. | |
| Deliver Sales Training - Classroom and Field | 2. 2. Monitor progress of RO's on a continuous basis. |
| Training exposure in financial domain is preferred | |
| Coordinate with the Sales team in the assigned region to standardise learning and identifying the Training Need | |
| Create Measurable impact on productivity | |
