Regional Sales Manager-AP & T

Home Credit India is Hiring for a "Regional Sales Manager" for Affordable LAP Segment for Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Region.

Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Description:

• 812 years of experience in Secured Lending (LAP preferred), with strong exposure to DSA-led sourcing.
  Have team handling experience of typically managing 3–6 Area Sales Managers and 15–25 Sales Managers.
  Expand and manage regional DSA network, ensuring quality sourcing, adherence to compliance, and training.
  Work closely with Central Channel team and Product Lead to onboard and activate new sourcing channels.
  Act as a bridge between field teams and central Credit, Legal, Tech and Ops units.
  Ensure sourcing aligns with laid down risk, compliance and KYC norms.
  

Must Have Requirement:
Looking for someone who has managed LAP Sales for both Andhra Pradesh & Telangana region.
