Regional Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

Based out of Warehouse, would be responsible for 6 warehouses.

Responsible for all the generalist activities

Responsible for ensuring that warehouse have agreed manpower, on roll and off role

For off roll hiring has to coordinate and ensure with our Contractors that it is done on time.

Ensure our warehouses are statutory compliant

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate must have managed White Collar and Blue Collar Employees in excess of 1500

He should have handled regional roles.

Must have dealt with multiple manpower contractors for hiring
