position: Regional Collections Manager

Location: Vijayawada & Kurnool or Kadapa

Age: below 44yrs

Exp: min 10yrs in Collections

Products: HL /LAP

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage regional collection teams to achieve targets for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Housing Finance, Secured Loan, Debt Collection, and Recovery.
  
• Ensure effective communication with customers to resolve issues related to loan disbursements and repayments.
  
• Develop and implement processes for efficient collection management of LAP (Loan Against Property) portfolios.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in the collection process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-20 years of experience in Collections & Recovery from BFSI industry, preferably in NBFCs or banks dealing with Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Housing Finance, Secured Loan, Debt Collection, and Recovery.
  
• Strong understanding of Bucket Management principles and practices for managing large volumes of debts.
  
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication skills.
