Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing stakeholder expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is beginning their career in recruitment and wants to build strong hiring expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source suitable candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, if required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 - 7 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the staffing or consulting industry
• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sourcing strategies and job role mapping
• Familiarity with industry-specific hiring practices and turnaround expectations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) preferred
