The Role

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources / Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across non-IT functions, with a strong focus on sales hiring & Non sales hiring.

The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, source and assess relevant talent, manage the interview process, and drive hiring closures within defined timelines. The role will also involve recruitment data management, MIS reporting, and maintaining hiring dashboards using advanced Excel.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-IT positions, with a strong focus on sales hiring
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee references, databases, and other relevant channels
• Handle hiring for Sales Executives, BDMs, Sales Managers, Key Accounts, Channel Sales, and other sales positions across different levels
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define appropriate job specifications
• Drive the recruitment process and ensure hiring closures within agreed TAT
• Manage salary discussions and negotiate offers in line with approved budgets and company policies
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports using advanced Excel
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, sourcing mix, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Ensure recruitment documentation and processes are aligned with company policies
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and vendors, wherever required

What We Are Looking For

Some of the key competencies required for the role include:

Functional

• Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment, particularly sales hiring
• Proven ability to source and close candidates across different sales roles and levels
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, references, and candidate databases
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business leaders
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS reporting, and recruitment data analysis
• Ability to track recruitment metrics and generate meaningful hiring reports
• Experience in salary negotiation and offer closure within defined budgets
• Strong understanding of recruitment TAT and hiring processes

Our Ideal Match

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Strong experience in Sales Hiring across roles and levels
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reporting
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
• Experience with recruitment consultants/vendors will be an advantage
