Recruitment Specialist (Non-IT)

Job Description

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Retail, Corporate and support functions.
• Handle high-volume sales & frontline hiring
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary discussions and offer coordination.
• Conduct new employee induction and onboarding programs.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support employee communication and day-to-day HR activities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and HR records.
• Support HR projects related to training, performance management and employee development.

Requirement

• 2+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in Sales / Retail / Frontline hiring will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities independently.
• Energetic, proactive and people-oriented approach.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
