Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Recruitment to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for large-scale hiring requirements across BPO operations. The incumbent will be responsible for managing bulk hiring, volume hiring, stakeholder management, recruitment planning, team leadership, and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring, mass hiring, and volume hiring requirements across Voice, Non-Voice, Customer Support, Back Office, WFM, Quality, and Operations roles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Lead a team of recruiters and ensure effective candidate sourcing through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, job fairs, and campus drives.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, joining ratio, offer-to-join conversion, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
• Partner with Operations and Business Leaders to understand workforce requirements and manpower planning.
• Drive walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, and hiring events to ensure continuous candidate pipelines.
• Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, and hiring trackers.
• Collaborate with HR Operations for offer management, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in Bulk Hiring / Volume Hiring / Mass Hiring.
• Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, and employee referral programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good team management and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 7 to 12 years of recruitment experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of team handling experience.
• Experience in BPO, Contact Center, Shared Services, or ITES recruitment is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing hiring volumes of 100+ positions per month.
• Exposure to walk-in drives, campus hiring, vendor management, and recruitment automation tools.
• Experience in hiring for domestic and international BPO operations.
