Recruitment Manager

Business Background This role involves the addition of management responsibilities for mid size delivery team. In addition to the end-to-end recruitment process, you will be responsible for people development, business development and account management. How will you contribute to the team To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• The individual will provide full life cycle recruiting, including interfacing with hiring managers to create and review requisitions, sourcing/screening candidates, participating in interviews when required, assisting managers with reference checks, developing competitive job offers and tracking candidates with International Standards.

• Develop successful working relationships with the wider recruitment community, HR teams and key business managers / directors, demonstrating a sound understanding of the requirements of the business.

• Identifies creative tactics of breaking into new customers or expanding current customers.

• Recognizes account landscape complexity when pursuing higher value opportunities (COPE landscapes (competitive, operational, political and economic).

• Working with the business in the India to identify and define the resource requirements - obtain the necessary authorization and working with the resources and establish the most appropriate and cost-effective recruitment strategies to meet the recruitment requirement.

• Consulting, advising & challenging the hiring managers on the selection of candidates throughout the end-to-end process, e.g., CV review, interview feedback, etc. ensuring best fit for the role.

• Maintaining networks in critical technical sectors to facilitate effective passive recruitment.

• Balances between filling current business and proactively positioning for future business/pipeline

• Developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with internal and external clients and / or business partners to ensure achievement of staffing goals.

• Identifies customers business drivers, challenges and needs through research, questioning skills and actively listening.

• Takes a consultative approach to propose solutions that will benefit the customer and solve their business problems

Any Bachelor's / Master's Degree in any stream.

• Experience Range of 15-18 years within Recruitment function.

• Proven track record/experience recruiting/staffing experience in a corporate, professional services/consulting, or high-tech industry.

• Prior experience of working in a IT Staffing with contract staffing
