Recruitment Manager - QSR/Kitchen Staff Hiring

CTC Upto 6.5 LPA

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates for our Blue-Collar Staff. It is a full-time role based out of Hyderabad. HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting candidates via online and offline channels, updating job ads, conducting background checks and employee on-boarding.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and Hiring Portals)
• Screen incoming application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Qualifications:

• Candidates with experience in F&B/QSR operations will be preferred
