What you'll be doing:

• Research potential clients, industries and talent markets.
• Conduct outreach to businesses and professionals via LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening and talent mapping.
• Assist with HR-related research, candidate coordination and recruitment administration.
• Identify potential business opportunities and help build professional relationships.
• Support day-to-day projects and contribute ideas to improve our processes.

What we're looking for:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good research, organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence using LinkedIn and professional communication channels.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
• An interest in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition or business development.
