About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, fast-paced HR Recruiter with solid experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) hiring. In this role, your primary focus will be sourcing, screening, and closing candidates who can join us immediately or within a very short notice period. You will handle volume hiring for specialized healthcare domains like Medical Coding, Medical Billing, AR, and Charge Entry.

Key Responsibilities

• RCM Volume Hiring: Source and onboard experienced professionals across RCM verticals including Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR Follow-up), and Voice/Non-Voice Healthcare accounts.
• Target Immediate Joiners: Screen candidates rigorously to filter out long notice periods; prioritize immediate joiners or those currently serving short notice.
• Bulk & Niche Sourcing: Leverage Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases to run targeted searches for RCM talent pools.
• Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates for domain knowledge (e.g., US Healthcare, HIPAA guidelines, payer-provider dynamics) and communication skills.
• Offer Management & Joining Assurance: Negotiate salaries within timelines, roll out offers, and maintain daily contact with selected candidates to minimize drop-outs and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Daily Tracker Maintenance: Keep real-time records of sourcing pipelines, interview statuses, and expected joining dates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Domain Experience: Minimum 12 years of dedicated experience hiring for the US Healthcare / RCM industry.
• RCM Terminology Knowledge: Strong understanding of roles like AR Callers, Billing Executives, Certified Coders (CPC/CIC), and Eligibility Verification specialists.
• Sourcing Excellence: Expert hands-on experience using Naukri Recruiter (keyword strings, boolean searches) to find active, immediate talent.
• Urgency & Speed: Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven setup with tight joining deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills to secure quick commitments from candidates.
