Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing of CVs from various sources and discussing about the vacancy with the candidate.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating it with the Line Managers/ HODs.
• Salary negotiation and documentation of selected candidate.
• Vendor management.
• Maintaining checklist of the documents.
• Preparing and maintaining recruitment related MIS.
• Managing the candidate till on boarding.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate/ MBA/PGDM.
• Experience in Naukri.com & similar job portal.
• Good in verbal communication.
• Experience in intermediate level MS Excel & MS Word.
• Candidates will be preferred of 6 months of experienced from Consultancy Sector.
