Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and proactive US Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US hiring. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the US recruitment process, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Candidates based in Gurugram or Delhi NCR are preferred, as occasional office visits will be required for team meetings, collaboration, and meetups. The role offers a mostly remote working arrangement, with flexibility and accountability.

This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for US-based positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, resume databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes, assess candidate suitability, and conduct initial screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Discuss compensation, hourly rates, availability, work authorization, and other relevant hiring details.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely recruitment updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on US recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the US hiring process and recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates for US-based positions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in the US EST shift.
• Must be based in Gurugram or Delhi NCR and available for occasional office visits.
