Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
• Achieve recruitment targets and close vacancies within deadlines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist the HR Manager with daily HR activities and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related HR discipline.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to work under deadlines.

Note: This is an on-site position at our Kochi office. Remote and freelance applications are not applicable.
