Key Responsibilities

• Understand pharma industry requirements and hiring needs from clients.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, qualification, location, designation, segment, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment status regularly.
• Negotiate salary/CTC and support candidates during the offer and joining process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical sales industry is preferred.
• Ability to identify and screen suitable pharma sales profiles.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, email, and job portals.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Candidate Profile

• Any graduate/postgraduate can apply.
• 1+ year recruitment experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.
• Candidates with pharma recruitment or pharma sales knowledge will have an added advantage.
