Recruiter

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Kochi. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, posting and updating job openings across platforms, and leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks for talent acquisition. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, support workforce planning, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment records, generating reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open roles, track pipelines, and meet hiring timelines.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
• Understanding of HR fundamentals such as employment practices, basic labor regulations, and onboarding processes.
• Analytical skills for tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and recommending process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or recruitment are an advantage.
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR operations, ideally in a fast-paced or consulting environment, is preferred.

Experience 1 to 2 Years in recruitment.

Language English, Hindi, Malayalam.

Laptop is Must.
