Recruiter (Kannada Speaking) | Work From Home

DoctorC is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Kannada-speaking Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for bulk hiring of Phlebotomists (Home Sample Collection) across Bengaluru and other locations in Karnataka.

We are looking for someone with good experience in bulk recruitment, strong candidate sourcing skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.

Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Prior experience in Phlebotomist hiring, healthcare recruitment or field staff hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle bulk hiring of Phlebotomists across Bengaluru and Karnataka.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, social media, WhatsApp groups, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to achieve daily and weekly hiring targets.
• Update recruitment trackers and share daily hiring reports.
• Take ownership of assigned requirements and ensure timely closures.

Note: Prior Phlebotomist hiring experience is an added advantage, not mandatory. Candidates with strong bulk hiring experience from other industries can also apply.
