About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in functional hiring within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience sourcing and recruiting talent across Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Legal, and Operations functions while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for functional and corporate hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and organizational fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Drive candidate engagement and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct compensation discussions and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment activity in ATS and recruitment systems.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring insights.
• Support diversity hiring initiatives and strategic sourcing projects.

Required Skills

• Relevant experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in functional hiring, particularly for:
• Finance
• Audit
• Risk Management
• Legal
• Operations
• Proven experience in BFSI hiring.
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
• Strong understanding of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience managing stakeholder and hiring manager relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in talent mapping and market research.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and competitive hiring intelligence.
• Recruitment certifications such as LinkedIn Recruiter Certification are an added advantage.
• Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Data-driven recruitment approach with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
