We're Hiring | Reconciliation Executive
Location: Noida
Experience: 2–4 Years
Department: Finance & Accounts
We are looking for Reconciliation Executive to manage end-to-end reconciliation across our Website, E-commerce & Q-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sales, order & payment reconciliation
-Marketplace remittance/settlement reconciliation
-Inventory reconciliation
-Returns, RTO, cancellations & refunds
-Commission, logistics, TDS/TCS & GST deductions
-Identifying discrepancies and raising claims
-Daily/Monthly reconciliation MIS
Required Skills:Advanced Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with marketplace settlements.
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart will be preferred.
