    • Coordinate call patching and direct provider-to-radiologist communication when needed.
    • Obtain and document missing or clarifying clinical information required for accurate report interpretation.
    • Monitor and support radiology workflow queues to help optimize turnaround times and minimize disruptions.
    • Update and navigate radiology platforms to support documentation and case tracking.
    • Troubleshoot basic technical or process issues and route complex concerns to appropriate support teams.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of communications, escalations, and actions taken.
    • Contribute to quality improvement efforts by identifying workflow trends, communication gaps, or training opportunities.
    • Maintain professionalism, composure, and accuracy while working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.

    What You'll Bring

    • Diploma or equivalent required; university degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in international teleradiology coordination
    • Experience managing real-time workflows and escalations
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and adherence to established workflows and escalation protocols.
