Role Description The Quick Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive is a remote role responsible for managing and optimizing daily operations across quick commerce platforms and online marketplaces. This role oversees product listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, and order flow to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction. The Executive will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan promotions, track performance against KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve conversion, basket size, and profitability. Responsibilities include monitoring marketplace policies, resolving operational issues, analyzing sales and operational data, and implementing process improvements to enhance service levels. The role also involves supporting the creation of playbooks and standard operating procedures to scale marketplace operations efficiently across multiple brands.

• Strong understanding of commerce and marketplace operations, including quick commerce platforms and D2C channels.
• Robust analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive operational and commercial decisions.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, and platform representatives.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on maintaining high service levels and resolving issues quickly.
• Sales acumen to support promotional planning, revenue growth, and profitability optimization.
• Experience with e-commerce tools, dashboards, and marketplace consoles (e.g., Amazon, quick commerce apps) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or marketplace operations is highly beneficial.
