Quality Engineering Lead - Automated Testing

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers.
• Design and implement end-to-end automated testing strategies.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Manage test execution, defect resolution, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Quality Engineering and Automation.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7.5+ Years.
• Education: 15 years of full-time education.
• Must-have skills: Automated testing, Selenium with Java, API automation, Cucumber/BDD, Jenkins/CI-CD.

Good to Have:

• Strong QA methodologies and testing practices.
• Defect tracking and reporting.
• Note: Candidates must have 15 years of full-time education and strong hands-on experience in Selenium and automated testing.
