About this role
- Handle incoming raw material inspection and verify quality certificates.
- Perform in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with process parameters.
- Inspect and test finished welding electrodes as per applicable standards.
- Check product parameters such as dimensions, coating, adhesion, surface finish, and weldability.
- Review laboratory test results and ensure testing equipment is properly calibrated.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and batch traceability as per ISO 9001.
- Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and support RCA and CAPA activities.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain audit-ready documents.
- Assist with customer complaints, trials, samples, and product approvals.
- Ensure PPE, safety, and 5S practices are followed in production and laboratory areas.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and process variations.
Experience: 3–5 Years
Preferred Industry:Foundry Industry experience is mandatory; candidates from other industries need not apply.
