Online quality control inspection , study, analysis and feeback
Responsibilities - Sampling the process PV modules and reporting of Auto stringing, Lamination, Sun Simulator etc
- Overall support to Senior Manager Quality in meeting Quality objectives
- Upkeep of necessary quality documents/ drawings
- Preparing critical dimension checklist and hand over to IQC
- Ensure the highest quality standards for products manufactured
- Establish adequate process controls and ensure strict compliance
- Implementing process control charts and QC checklists at 3rd party manufacturers
- Setting up / modification of quality assurance test set up at different stations
- Take up work related to line set up/ production whenever assigned to do
- Provide daily reporting through inspection reports, charts, analysis etc
- Supporting production on new product release trials,specifications etc
