QC Executive

Role Description The QC Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The QC Executive will be responsible for performing routine quality checks on health monitoring, hygiene, and rehabilitation products throughout the manufacturing process. Daily tasks include inspecting incoming materials, verifying in-process parameters, and conducting final product testing to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves documenting test results, preparing quality reports, maintaining quality records, and supporting corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production and quality assurance teams. The QC Executive will also assist in calibration of equipment, participate in internal audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and safety.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret test data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis.
• Hands-on quality control and quality assurance experience in a manufacturing or healthcare products environment.
• Laboratory skills, including handling measurement instruments, performing standardized tests, and following SOPs.
• Calibration skills for maintaining and verifying accuracy of testing and measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements for medical or healthcare devices.
• Attention to detail, excellent documentation practices, and familiarity with MS Office or basic data entry tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage time effectively.
• Diploma or degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field; experience in medical devices or healthcare manufacturing is an advantage.
