QA Manual Tester with hands on exp Test Planning, Test Cases Writing, Reporting, Regression Testing, Integration Testing & Networking Concepts

Must have experience:

Role Responsibilities

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 1yrs to 6yrs (Max) years of prior QA testing experience
• Designs, tests, troubleshoots, and debugs complex software applications
• SDLC, STLC and Agile Process Knowledge
• Test Planning, Test Cases Writing/Authoring, and Reporting
• Product testing experience, Web & SaaS and Mobile Application testing background, Preferably Networking and Security Domain
• Networking concepts, TCP/IP suite of protocols (tcp, udp, DNS, http, ftp, telnet etc)
• Creates and maintains agile test planning & execution throughout SDLC while accounting for Regression, Integration, functional, performance, stress, and scalability
• Performs exploratory testing and manages defects
• Ensures customer success by providing technical guidance, assisting Support and DevOps teams in troubleshooting customer issues
• Deliver training, best practices, and technical content to facilitate product adoption
• Networking commands and tools in Windows and Linux/Mac - SSH, NSLOOKUP, TRACEROUTE etc

Troubleshooting/debugging tools - fiddler, Wireshark, Windows Event Viewer, and Web browser developer tools
