Snackible is an online-first snacks brand on a mission to make Indian snacking Mu(n)ch Better. We blend Western concepts with Indian flavours and local ingredients to create 45+ snacks that prove healthy and tasty can share the same packet. We're a young, fast-moving team that takes our snacks seriously, and ourselves a little less so.
The Role, in a Nutshell :
We're looking for a sharp-eyed, systematic, and dependable QA/QC Executive to safeguard the quality, safety, and compliance of everything that moves through our warehouse, from inbound materials to stored stock to outbound orders. You'll make sure what leaves our doors is as good as what we promise on the pack.
What You'll Be Cooking Up :
● Incoming Inspection: Inspect incoming raw and packaging materials and finished goods.
● Storage & Traceability: Monitor FIFO / FEFO, correct storage, labelling, and traceability.
● Hygiene & Compliance Checks: Conduct daily hygiene, GMP, and warehouse compliance checks.
● Documentation: Document inspection reports and NCRs, and maintain QA/QC records.
● Audits & CAPA: Support internal and external audits and implement CAPA for deviations.
● Cross-Team Coordination: Work with the warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams on quality issues.
What You'll Bring to the Table :
● B.Sc / M.Sc or B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology.
● 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
● Working knowledge of FSSAI regulations.
● A solid understanding of GMP, GHP, and HACCP.
● Strong documentation and SOP-writing skills.
● Confident handling CCPs and quality audits.
● Skilled in sensory evaluation.
A Few Must-Haves :
● Availability to work full-time on-site at our Nalasopara West, Vasai-Virar location.
