QA Lead - Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

Job Summary

Location: Remote, India | Central Time coverage

Experience: 8-12 years QA, including 3+ years leadership

Hands-on QA Lead to manage quality engineering for a large-scale Salesforce Commerce Cloud e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional, automation, regression, performance, and production testing.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead Playwright + TypeScript automation with TestRail and BrowserStack.
• Manage JMeter performance/load testing.
• Own defects, test coverage, release readiness, and QA metrics.
• Support scheduled releases and occasional after-hours production validation.

Mandatory Skills

• QA leadership for large-scale e-commerce applications.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable digital commerce platform.
• Playwright + TypeScript.
• TestRail, BrowserStack, and JMeter.
• API and end-to-end testing.
• GitLab or comparable CI/CD.
• Agile/Scrum and distributed team experience.

Additional requirements

• Central Time business-hour coverage.
• Weekend rotational on-call availability if need
• Scheduled releases every other Tuesday, 10 PM-2 AM CST.
• Flexibility for occasional after-hours production support.
• India-based candidates only.
• Multi-year contract; initial SOW is one year.

Preferred

SFCC/SFRA, React/headless commerce, Contentful, payments, promotions, loyalty, subscriptions, and peak retail experience.
