QA Automation – Payment Clearing Systems

Job Title:  Senior QA Automation Engineer – Payment Clearing Systems Experience:  Minimum 3–5 years of experience testing fintech platforms, payment gateways, clearing houses, or transaction processing systems Core Focus: Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead the quality assurance strategy for our core payment clearing platform Key Responsibilities Payment Validation : Validate complex payment clearing cycles, financial message formats (ISO 20022, SWIFT), settlement rules, and reconciliation workflows AI Innovation : Implement AI-driven QA approaches, including autonomous test generation, self-healing test scripts, and predictive defect analysis Test Automation Execution : Build end-to-end regression suites that integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines for continuous verification Test Data Management : Create and manage synthetic, compliance-safe financial test data for complex clearing scenarios Collaboration : Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps to isolate system bottlenecks and ensure cross-functional alignment S​ YNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT   Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
