About this role
You will lead quality for products used across web, mobile and a range of devices. You will set the testing approach, build the automation framework, and guide a team of QA engineers working closely with developers and compliance stakeholders.
What you ll do
- Own the test strategy covering manual, exploratory and automated testing.
- Build and maintain automated regression suites, plus performance benchmarks.
- Plan and run cross-device and cross-browser testing (mobile, tablet, desktop).
- Produce traceable test evidence and reports for audits and release sign-offs.
- Mentor QA engineers and embed quality practices into CI/CD pipelines.
What we re looking for
- Seven or more years in QA, with strong manual and automation experience.
- Proven experience leading test strategy and mentoring a team.
- Experience with automation frameworks (such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or Appium) and CI/CD integration.
- Nice to have: security testing experience (OWASP, vulnerability scanning, penetration test coordination).
- Nice to have: experience testing AI/ML models (output evaluation, bias and hallucination checks, regression of model behavior).
