Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Analyst with knowledge or experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software testing concepts, strong analytical abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse software requirements and understand application functionality.
• Prepare, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing, including functional, smoke, regression, and retesting.
• Develop, maintain, and execute basic automated test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with developers and team members to investigate and resolve issues.
• Maintain testing documentation and communicate test results clearly.
• Participate in test planning and contribute to improving testing processes.

Required Skills

• Understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Basic understanding of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira or other defect-tracking tools is preferred.
• Basic SQL and database testing knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain issues clearly and work effectively within a team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience may apply.
• Candidates with practical knowledge, training, or project experience in manual and automation testing are encouraged to apply.
