Role Overview

We are looking for a Q-Commerce Performance Marketing Manager to plan, run and optimise paid advertising for our brands on quick commerce and marketplace platforms.

This is a performance marketing role. The focus is ad campaigns, budgets, ROAS and sales growth driven through paid media, not category management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise ad campaigns on Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads and Swiggy Instamart Ads, including search, banner, product listing and recommendation formats.

- Own ad budgets across platforms: allocation, daily pacing and monthly spend planning against sales targets.

- Manage keyword strategy, bidding, and city/dark-store level targeting to improve share of search and visibility.

- Track and improve campaign KPIs: ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ad-attributed sales and incremental sales.

- Run Meta CPAS (Collaborative Ads) campaigns with Q-commerce partners to drive traffic to brand listings.

- Run sponsored ads on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads as required.

- Plan paid campaigns around platform sale events, festive periods and new launches.

- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for clients.

- Coordinate with platform ad teams, brand teams and internal creative for ad assets.

Must-Have Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years running ads on Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart ad platforms.

- Direct experience managing ad budgets and accountability for ROAS.

- Strong command of campaign metrics, bidding and keyword optimisation.

- Comfort with platform ad dashboards, Excel/Sheets and data analysis.

- Experience with Meta Ads (CPAS preferred) and/or Amazon/Flipkart Ads.

Good to Have

- Understanding of category management, listings, pricing and offer mechanics.

- Experience with stock/availability tracking and its link to ad performance.

- Background with FMCG, food, personal care or D2C brands.

- Agency experience handling multiple brands.

Profiles with only category management, key account or marketplace operations experience and no hands-on ad campaign management will not be considered.
