Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer (Python, Azure & React/Vue)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications for a large financial services organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across backend, frontend, cloud, and integration technologies, with a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and support scalable REST APIs, backend services, and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, third-party services, and ITSM platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, performance, and operational excellence standards.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring of team members.
• Support Agile development practices and CI/CD-driven delivery models.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience supporting and delivering solutions within a large financial services organization.
• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development.
• Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience designing and orchestrating microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React, Vue.js, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, or related AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and cloud security best practices.
