Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for spare parts and lubricants, including vendor identification, price negotiation, and contract management. The Purchasing Manager will monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and place purchase orders to ensure timely availability of materials. Responsibilities include maintaining vendor relationships, assessing supplier performance, and coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize delivery schedules and cost efficiency. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing purchasing reports, and collaborating with sales and operations to align procurement activities with business needs and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong procurement and sourcing skills, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Experience with inventory management, demand forecasting, and purchase order processing.
• Knowledge of spare parts, lubricants, and earthmoving machinery components, preferably in export or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency with ERP or purchasing software, MS Excel, and data analysis for cost and supplier performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple priorities, and make data-informed decisions under time constraints.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are an advantage.
• Prior experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role in manufacturing, heavy equipment, or industrial distribution is preferred.
