Role & responsibilities

• Procurement of electronic components such as LEDs, Drivers, PCBs, Connectors, ICs, Resistors, Capacitors, and related materials.
• Vendor sourcing, development, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Preparation and release of Purchase Orders.
• Interdepartmental co-ordination
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely material availability.
• Supplier capacity assessment and risk mitigation.
• Support localization and alternate source development activities.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and audit requirements.
• Vendor payment follow-up and issue resolution.
• MIS reporting and procurement data analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

Electronics Procurement is mandatory.
