Purchase Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire procurement process from purchase planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal value for the company.
• Prepare purchase orders (PO) accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise during the procurement process.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in purchase management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of purchase operations, including purchase planning, PO creation, vendor negotiation, and contract administration.
