Purchase Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, machinery, spares, consumables, and general engineering items.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Manage RFQs, quotation comparisons, price negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and Finance departments for procurement requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and pending materials.
• Manage vendor relationships, payment coordination, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure cost optimization through effective sourcing and negotiation.
• Maintain purchase records, MIS reports, and vendor performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of relevant purchasing experience in a manufacturing or industrial company.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance-related materials.
• Strong vendor development, negotiation, and procurement skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, MS Excel, and purchase documentation.
• Preference for candidates based in Bhuj, Gandhidham, Mundra, Kutch, or nearby Gujarat locations.
• Preferred Background: Manufacturing, Minerals, Chemicals, Ceramics, Engineering, or Heavy Industries.
