About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven PR Executive to support and strengthen Ace Blend's brand presence across media, digital platforms, and relevant industry spaces.

The role will involve building relationships with journalists and media professionals, identifying relevant PR opportunities, developing compelling brand stories, coordinating media outreach, and supporting campaigns and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations & Outreach

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, publications, bloggers, and relevant media contacts.
• Research and identify relevant media platforms and PR opportunities aligned with the brand.
• Conduct media outreach and follow-ups to secure relevant brand coverage.
• Pitch brand stories, products, campaigns, founder stories, expert opinions, and industry insights to relevant media.
• Coordinate with journalists for interviews, quotes, product reviews, features, and other media opportunities.
• Maintain and regularly update media databases and contact lists.

PR & Brand Visibility

• Support the planning and execution of PR and communication initiatives.
• Identify relevant topics, trends, and news opportunities that can be leveraged for brand visibility.
• Develop creative story angles around Ace Blend's products, founders, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Explore opportunities across wellness, nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, beauty, business, and consumer-focused media.
• Monitor competitor PR activities and relevant industry coverage.

Content & Communication

• Draft press releases, media pitches, press notes, brand announcements, and other PR communication materials.
• Prepare media briefs, talking points, founder profiles, product information, and background notes when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and develop relevant PR content.
• Ensure external communication is aligned with the brand's tone and positioning.

Influencer & Creator Coordination

• Identify relevant influencers, content creators, experts, and opinion leaders for PR opportunities.
• Coordinate with the influencer and marketing teams for relevant collaborations and brand visibility initiatives.
• Explore opportunities for product reviews, expert features, interviews, and organic brand mentions.

Campaigns, Events & Launches

• Support PR activities for product launches, campaigns, events, partnerships, and brand announcements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external PR agencies/partners for PR activities.
• Assist with media invitations, event communication, press interactions, and post-event coverage.

Reporting & Tracking

• Track PR outreach, follow-ups, media responses, and coverage.
• Maintain records of media coverage, journalist interactions, and PR opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on PR activities and coverage.
• Monitor brand mentions across relevant media and digital platforms.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in PR, Public Relations, Communications, or Media Relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of media outreach, pitching, and relationship management.
• Strong research, networking, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to develop engaging PR stories and communication.
• Experience in D2C, wellness, nutrition, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG will be an advantage.
