Public Relations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised PR Executive to manage day-to-day PR execution, celebrity styling coordination and client servicing for fashion, luxury, lifestyle and celebrity clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PR activities for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, fashion editors, journalists, influencers, stylists and celebrity teams.
• Handle media pitching, follow-ups and opportunities for brand coverage.
• Assist in preparing press releases, media pitches, brand notes and PR communication.
• Coordinate celebrity styling, product placements, shoots, fittings, events and brand collaborations.
• Coordinate with celebrities, stylists, influencers, media, vendors and internal teams.
• Handle product/sample dispatch, tracking, collection and returns.
• Assist in events, launches, media previews, shoots and brand activations.
• Maintain PR trackers, media databases, coverage reports and client updates.
• Research relevant celebrities, influencers, publications, fashion trends and PR opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of assigned activities.
• Handle multiple clients, tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Attend client meetings, shoots, events and activations as required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant PR experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, celebrity or entertainment PR.
• Good understanding of media relations and PR execution.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Strong interest in fashion, luxury, celebrities and lifestyle trends.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with on-ground work, shoots, events and local travel when required.

Preferred: Experience with a PR agency, fashion/luxury brand, celebrity styling agency or lifestyle brand.

Work Schedule

Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
