Proposal Writer

We are looking for experienced Proposal Writers / Proposal Specialists with strong expertise in proposal management and proposal development. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs). The candidate should be skilled in developing compelling proposal content, executive summaries, value propositions, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support end-to-end proposal development activities.
• Develop, write, and edit proposal content in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Create compelling executive summaries, value propositions, and persuasive proposal narratives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, solution teams, and stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Review and refine proposal documents for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
• Translate complex business and technical information into clear, customer-focused proposal content.
• Support proposal reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback before submission.
• Maintain consistency in proposal messaging, formatting, and quality.

Requirements:

• CL11: 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• CL10: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Any graduate degree.
• Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office in a US shift.
• Relocation assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis.
