Role Description

The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for the daily operations and upkeep of assigned residential properties. This role oversees tenant onboarding and move-outs, coordinates maintenance and repairs, and ensures that common areas and individual units meet company standards. The Property Manager manages vendor relationships, monitors budgets related to property operations, and handles rent collection and basic documentation. They respond to resident queries and concerns, enforce house rules and policies, and collaborate with internal teams to support occupancy targets and resident satisfaction. The role also involves regular inspections, reporting on property performance, and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall living experience.

• Candidates should possess skills in property operations, facility management, and basic budgeting/expense tracking for residential properties.
• Candidates should possess skills in resident relationship management, conflict resolution, and customer service to maintain a positive living environment.
• Candidates should possess skills in vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and oversight of housekeeping and security services.
• Candidates should possess skills in documentation, record-keeping, and familiarity with rental agreements and standard compliance procedures.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills in English and local languages, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or residential operations is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
