Projects Leader - ERP Integration

We are looking for an experienced Projects Leader - ERP Integration to lead fast-paced ERP integration projects for global clients.

The ideal candidate will combine Finance & Accounting knowledge, ERP integration expertise, technical understanding, and strong project leadership to deliver multiple projects within short timelines.

• Lead end-to-end ERP integration projects from requirement gathering to deployment and go-live.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with short delivery cycles and tight deadlines.
• Work with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Integrate ERP systems with banks, CRM, data lakes, legacy and third-party applications.
• Translate Finance & Accounting requirements into data mappings, integration specifications and workflows.
• Work with GL, AP, AR, invoicing, payments, journals and reconciliation data.
• Oversee REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, middleware, ESB, iPaaS and ETL integrations.
• Lead client discussions, discovery sessions, solution design and technical walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with Finance, ERP, Development, QA and client teams.
• Drive testing, UAT, deployment, cutover and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure integrations meet standards for security, data integrity, scalability and reliability.
• Travel internationally for client workshops, implementation and go-live activities as required.

• 6-8 years of experience in ERP integration, implementation or technical consulting.
• Strong experience with at least one major ERP: SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes - GL, AP, AR, payments, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Hands-on understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML and web services.
• Experience with middleware / iPaaS / ESB / ETL tools.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation, validation, error handling and reconciliation.
• Excellent project management, client communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
• Willingness to undertake short-term international travel.

• Cloud-based integration experience.
• Data migration or financial systems integration experience.
• ERP, integration, cloud or project-management certifications.

A hands-on ERP Integration Project Leader who understands both Finance and Technology, can translate business requirements into integration solutions, lead technical teams, manage clients, troubleshoot issues, and drive projects through successful delivery.
