Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in Program and Project Management
• Proven experience within the MediaTech, Broadcasting, Advertising, Publishing, OTT, or Entertainment Technology industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as MediaTool, Prisma, D365 and other enterprise media operations and finance operations workflows.
• Strong experience in Financial Reconciliation and Revenue Management processes.
• Strong comprehension of Finance Operations, GL, AP, AR tasks, Vendor invoicing and payments, compliance
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex Implementation projects with multiple stakeholders and geographies
• Expertise in Program Governance, Budget Management, Risk Management, and Resource Planning.
• Strong understanding of business process transformation and operational excellence.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across Finance, Legal, PMO, and Resource Management functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
• MBA or Postgraduate degree preferred.
• Experience with media finance systems, revenue operations, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to vendor management and global delivery models
