Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in at least one project of a similar nature is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects according to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Supervise project engineers, site engineers, and other technical staff.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Review project budgets, resource allocation, material requirements, and manpower planning.
- Ensure timely submission of progress reports, measurements, and project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with applicable project standards.
- Maintain records and support the preparation of running account (RA) bills and final bills.
