Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and resources to achieve project targets.
• Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and site records.
• Verify measurements and quantities for billing and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate material requisitions and ensure timely availability of materials at site.
• Monitor RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and other construction activities.
• Identify and resolve site execution issues to maintain project timelines.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Good understanding of RCC, masonry, finishing, and infrastructure works.
• Experience in project planning, site coordination, and resource management.
• Familiarity with quantity estimation and billing procedures.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or villa projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile
