Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, delivery teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.
• Conduct project review meetings, governance forums, and stakeholder discussions.
• Provide regular project updates, executive summaries, and status reports to leadership and clients.
• Drive change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective collaboration across distributed and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Strong project and program management experience.
• Expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Delivery Management.
• Experience in Stakeholder and Client Management.
• Budget Management, Cost Control, and Resource Planning.
• Risk and Issue Management.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of overall experience in project management.
• Proven track record of managing software or technology delivery projects.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking, financial services, FinTech, or digital payments domain.
• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering digital banking, mobile banking, internet banking, payments, lending, wallet, or financial inclusion solutions.
• Experience working with global customers and distributed delivery teams.
