The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of end-to-end delivery across our AI, software, and technology engagements. This is a hybrid role based in Kochi, with flexibility for some work from home.

You will sit at the intersection of clients, technical teams, and operations, keeping projects on track and stakeholders well-informed. You will be the person who brings structure to complexity, spots risks before they become problems, and ensures that every engagement reflects the delivery standards Suportra is known for.

This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to international delivery oversight, working across projects that span India and Europe.

What You Will Do

• Plan, execute, and close technology projects spanning AI, software development, and blockchain domains
• Build and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and delivery plans, keeping them current and accurate
• Coordinate across technical, operations, and client-facing teams to align priorities and resolve dependencies
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, regular communication and structured status reporting
• Track deliverables, follow up with team members and vendors, and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Identify and manage delivery risks, escalating where necessary and proposing solutions proactively
• Maintain project documentation to a consistent standard, including scope, decisions, changes, and outcomes
• Review work products against requirements and support quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Coordinate schedules and resources across distributed teams, including remote and international contributors
• Support the continuous improvement of project delivery processes within Suportra
• Contribute to international project oversight where client engagements span multiple geographies

What We Are Looking For

Essential

• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of technology, software, or AI-related projects
• Strong planning and execution skills, with a track record of keeping projects on time and within scope
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously without losing clarity
• Skilled at tracking deliverables, following up with vendors and contributors, and driving timely completion
• Comfortable reviewing work products and supporting quality and compliance checks throughout delivery
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience maintaining documentation, reporting, and governance to a professional standard
• Proficiency with project management tools and frameworks such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration in Kochi with remote work

Advantageous

• Prior experience managing AI, blockchain, or LLM integration projects
• Familiarity with international client engagements, particularly across Europe or the DACH region
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
• Exposure to real-world asset tokenization, Web3, or enterprise fintech projects
