Your Role And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and operations teams to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to meet delivery commitments.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and platform-related initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices in project delivery and team execution.
• Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and customer escalations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical decision-making, project execution, and people leadership responsibilities.

• Experience working with hybrid cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Systems, virtualization technologies, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on exposure to CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of software development technologies such as Java, Go, Python, React, or TypeScript.
• Experience managing geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success in scaling teams, improving engineering processes, and driving productivity.
• Experience handling customer escalations and driving service quality improvements.
• Ability to influence technical strategy and align engineering execution with business objectives.
