Project Manager Steel Structures / PEB

Vantage Steel Structures is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage steel structure and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from planning through execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage steel structure and PEB projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in steel structures, PEB, or industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
